1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to LeoVegas’ social media giveaway (“Competition”). You accept these T&Cs by following LeoVegas on Instagram and/or Facebook and making a Qualifying Entry. No maximum number of entries per person.

1.2. The Competition (when running) will be valid from Monday (00:01) to Sunday (23:59) (“Promotional Period”). Entries accepted outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

1.3. These T&Cs are subject to the LeoVegas General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

1.4. These general terms and conditions (these “General Terms”) together with the documents referred to in them (together the ”Terms and Conditions”) apply to and govern the relationship between you and LeoVegas Gaming PLC (“LeoVegas”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access and use the website located at https://www.leovegas.com/en-nz/ and/or its mobile applications that we own or operate (together the “Website”) and (if applicable) participate in, use or access any of the betting or gaming products made available via the Website (together, the "Services")

1.5. The Competition is organised and run by LeoVegas, an operator licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority holding the corporate group license number MGA/CRP/237/2013.

1.6. LeoVegas further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Competition where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified)

2. Who Can Enter?

2.1. You must be over 18 years of age to enter this competition. The Competition is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of LeoVegas Gaming PLC, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Competition to remain valid, your social media account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Competition offer will automatically be voided.

2.3. Any announcement regarding Competition winners on LeoVegas social media accounts is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and not a final confirmation. Should you fail such verification checks, your prize will be voided.

3. How to Enter?

3.1. Entry to the Competition is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering, or withdrawal requirements on your Account.
3.2. You need to be a customer of LeoVegas to enter.

3.3. You may enter on Instagram and Facebook. No maximum amount of entries.

3.4. To make a Qualifying Entry you must follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook, like the post, and comment on the relevant post.

4. Winners & Prizes

4.1. Up to 200 Free Spins are “The Prize” for the Competition. The “Prize” for this competition varies between 50 to 200 Free Spins. The number of Free Spins will be clear in the “Competition” post.

4.2. The “Prize” can be used on the relevant game which is being promoted in the post.

4.3. Free Spins value depends on the game.

4.4. The Competition winners will be selected at random from all valid entries made on Instagram and/or Facebook. The number of winners vary for each social media competition and will be made clear in the social media post. The winners will be announced on the “Competition” post on Instagram and/or Facebook.

4.5. The winners will be contacted via a Direct Message by LeoVegas within 48 hours of the “Competition” closing. The winners must respond to the Direct Message to claim the “Prize”. The “Prize” will be void if no response is received and a different winner/s will be drawn.

4.6. The “Prize” will be credited to the winner's account once the account has been verified. The “Prize” will expire 7 days after being credited to the winner's account.

4.7. The Prize can not be transferred to another game and there is no cash alternative.

4.8. Any winnings from the ”Prize” will be paid into your balance. The balance can be withdrawn.

4.9. If 2 or fewer people take part in the Competition the Competition will be void.

4.10. If you win the “Prize”, there will be a 1 month period where you can not enter the Competition and your entry will not be taken into account.

General:

Any player who contravenes any of our Terms and Conditions and/or if LeoVegas reasonably suspects that a player has acted fraudulently and has abused the promotion, LeoVegas reserves the right to disqualify said player from the promotion and suspend/close the player's account.

Should a player’s account become closed for any reason during the promotion, they will automatically be withdrawn from participating in the promotion.

Should a player's account become restricted due to any responsible gambling concerns, before or during the valid dates of this promotion, they will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the promotion, even if they have already begun wagering.

Players must be 18 years or older and only have one membership account open with LeoVegas, as per the general terms and conditions found on site.

Should LeoVegas discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.

It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to play at LeoVegas, in whichever jurisdiction they are gambling, and to take part in the promotion.

LeoVegas reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and promotional material and structure relating to the promotion at our sole discretion and any decision with regard to the prizes offered to the players is final.
